Our cherished local coffee gem, Yellow Bourbon Coffee Roasters, has taken a bold step forward by opening a second location at the charming Weedon Depot. Nestled in Angel Street within Northampton’s Cultural Quarter, Yellow Bourbon has been delighting us with its expertly roasted coffees since 2017. Founded by Steve Peel, whose passion for coffee was ignited back in 2006, this local treasure is now spreading its wings.

Steve’s journey from Wellingborough to the bustling coffee scene in London equipped him with the skills and expertise that have made Yellow Bourbon a success. His decision to return to his roots and create something special in Northampton has certainly paid off. The new Weedon Depot location, which opened its doors on February 1st, promises to bring back the magic of roasting coffee in front of customers, a nostalgic nod to the early days at Angel Street.

But what makes Weedon Depot so special? Steve fell in love with its character and charm, making it the perfect spot for this new venture.
