New Fish & Chip Shop Opens

Ahoy, fish and chip lovers of Northampton! There’s a new catch in town, and it’s making waves in the vibrant Grange Park area. Meet Selina Lawrence-Masih and Sukhrat Masih, the dynamic duo behind V7 Fish & Grill Bar. With Sukhrat’s impressive 15-year tenure in the cooking and hospitality industry, including stints at NHS Milton Keynes and Woburn Golf Club, the couple is diving into this new venture with enthusiasm and expertise.

Taking over from the former Tommy’s Fish Bar, which closed its doors in February, V7 Fish & Grill Bar promises a modern twist on the beloved British classic. The grand opening on March 7 was a community affair, even attracting the Deputy Mayor of Northampton. It’s clear that this husband and wife team have chosen the perfect spot to launch their dream, drawn by the area’s lovely, safe, and vibrant community spirit.

While V7 will primarily serve as a takeaway, those who prefer to savour their meal on-site can do so at one of the few tables available. The menu is set to tantalise taste buds with a variety of specials and extras, offering something for everyone.

As Selina and Sukhrat embark on this exciting journey, they have their sights set on the future. Their ambition is to transform V7 Fish & Grill Bar into a recognisable brand, with plans to expand to additional locations.
