Founded by the enterprising Georgia Baugh, Lola Hair Extensions opened its doors on Wellingborough Road in July 2023, and since then, it has been a beacon of confidence and empowerment for its clients.
Georgia’s journey began in 2011, when she took a leap of faith to learn a new skill and earn extra income. Fast forward to today, and she is not only a hair extension expert but also an international educator. Her passion for helping clients regain their confidence is evident, as many come to Lola Hair Extensions feeling self-conscious about their hair. Watching them leave with a newfound sense of empowerment is the team’s greatest reward.
The salon’s success is not just limited to its clients. Through its international academy, Lola Hair Extensions has trained over 100 students across the UK and Dubai, equipping them with the skills to build successful businesses of their own. This commitment to education and empowerment is a testament to Georgia’s vision and dedication.
The expansion into Dubai in 2023 was a significant milestone, with Georgia overseeing renovations via video calls from her new home. The salon now boasts an in-house colour specialist and a new product line, including an aftercare package and a tape extension remover, catering to a broader clientele.
