Easter Wonderland for Dogs at Teddy’s Dog Care

As the daffodils begin to bloom and the chocolate eggs line the supermarket shelves, there’s an air of excitement that’s not just for the two-legged among us. This Easter, Northampton’s most pampered pooches are in for a treat that’s set to get tails wagging like never before. Teddy’s Dog Care, a luxury doggy daycare in Newport Pagnell Road, is rolling out the green carpet to a wonderland of Easter festivities designed especially for our furry friends.

Founded in 2010 by Michelle Wilson, inspired by her affectionate pug Teddy, Teddy’s Dog Care has become the go-to spot for dog owners who want to give their pets a taste of the high life. Known for its unique, themed events, this Easter promises to be “bigger and better than ever” with a double-themed extravaganza combining the whimsy of Alice in Wonderland with the charm of Peter Rabbit.

On March 30th, from 10 am to 3 pm, dogs will have the chance to sniff out dog-friendly Easter eggs hidden by the Easter bunny in a 25,000 square feet play area. The event will feature beloved characters like the Madhatter, Alice, and the Cheshire Cat, ensuring a magical experience for all. Dogs will be grouped into sixes, each given a time slot to explore and hunt for treats in a safe and secure environment.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Once the hunt is over, owners and their pets can relax on the patio, enjoy refreshments, and snap a photo with the White Rabbit – a perfect opportunity for an “Instagrammable” moment. And for those looking to spoil their pets even more, Teddy’s boutique shop offers a selection of harnesses and wholesome dog food.

Tickets are limited to one per dog, ensuring a cozy, intimate setting for the 30-minute event, which includes 15 minutes of egg hunting and an equal amount of time for post-hunt festivities. It’s not just an egg hunt; it’s a social gathering that brings the community together, both human and canine.

So, as Easter approaches, why not add a little extra hop to your dog’s step and join the wonderland at Teddy’s? It’s an event that’s sure to leave every participant, on two legs or four, with a spring in their step and a smile on their face.
