Her dedication paid off, and just before the pandemic, she took the leap to focus on her passion full-time. This decision led to remarkable success and financial growth.

Lola Hair Extensions has trained over 100 students across the UK and Dubai, empowering them to start their own businesses. The team’s mission is to restore clients’ confidence, especially those with thin or damaged hair. Seeing clients leave feeling empowered is their greatest reward.

The Northampton salon, a professional premise compared to the original home salon, has elevated their industry position. Clients and observers alike recognise it as the go-to salon for hair extensions. The teaching academy, launched in May 2023, attracts learners from diverse locations like Dublin, Bournemouth, and Manchester.

The founder’s move to Dubai in January 2023 led to the opening of a salon there, with renovation choices made via video calls with her sister. The rapid expansion was unplanned but seized when a prime location became available on Wellingborough Road.
