The availability of a large premises with ample parking near Stacey’s home seemed like fate, and thus, Bailey’s & Co. came to life.
The salon, which employs 18 specialists in various aspects of hair and beauty, has quickly become known as the go-to “one-stop shop” for beauty needs in Northampton. This reputation for excellence has led to its nomination in categories such as hair extension specialist, new salon of the year, salon decor, and best for blonde at the prestigious UK Hair & Beauty Awards. Additionally, it has caught the eye of the NG Hair & Beauty Awards, being shortlisted for best beauty salon and best hair salon in the Midlands.
Despite not clinching the top spot in the best hair salon category at the recent Muddy Stilettos Awards, making the shortlist across Northamptonshire, Rutland, and Leicestershire was a proud moment for the team. The recognition is particularly sweet for Stacey, who describes the journey as “super overwhelming” and a “wild ride.”
