And finally a word of warning on your valuations... do not be flattered by agents giving you an unrealistically high valuation to get you on their books or to those where their commission structure is paid on instructions where they can make a quick buck.


Look at similar properties to yours nearby and check on similar sold prices on the internet. Is yours really likely to break records locally? If your property is priced too high you will achieve nothing and your agent will just recommend you to drop the price in a few weeks time. This can have a detrimental effect as evidence shows that you are more likely to have to accept a lower amount for your property if it has been on the market for a long time.

You will deal directly with the director of James Anthony Estate Agents for that personal service right through from the initial valuation through to completion. We will have some professional photographs to further enhance the details of your property and show it in its best manner possible. We will have a choice of quality brochures to best fit to your property's details and requirements to give that extra impact to any potential purchasers. You will receive additional exposure on internet portals through proven methods to generate more interest. All viewings will be accompanied by highly experienced staff and marketing reports will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with your unique log-in on our web-site.



Lettings:


Our lettings department is open 7 days a week, unlike some other local companies. We do viewings until 8pm in the evenings during the week, accommodating your prospective tenants at the best available times to suit them.
